Design Goals
Module must be pure python.
Able to operate on any OS with NetSNMP
installed.
By release 1.0, have snmpset and snmpget implemented reliably
Provide a session on a per instance basis, so that the user
can manage multiple SNMP agents.
Provide unit tests with module.
